The Product Link option allows external websites to safely access UK/EU Back of Pack and Front of Pack data, and Ingredient Declarations for a recipe.
Rather than displaying static nutrition info, your website can link to a "live" analysis of your product. This saves you time having to update the data if the product changes.
To use the Product Links, you have to enable access and generate the links.
Enable Access
Select My Preferences from the left navigation.
Navigate to the External Access To Products card and select Enabled.
Note: Remember to click save after editing the information.
Generate Product Links
- Open the Recipe.
- Select the Details tab.
- Navigate to the Product Links card.
- Click Generate.
The view expands to show:
- Back of Pack
- Front of Pack
- Ingredient Declaration
To see the result, click the link.
To copy the link, click the copy icon.
