Start with original registration process.
Click on Register.
Complete the Registration page and click on Register in the lower left corner.
Note: To register for a NutriCalc® account, you are required to use a unique, named, identifiable email address such as colin@... Generic email addresses are not permitted due to them being a group or generic email address. Examples of email addresses which are not acceptable include, but are not limited to: technical@, info@, and qa@.
Pop up window appears. Please open the email sent to the email address you provided.
Note: It is not necessary to click on either of the links in this pop up, unless the email did not arrive. The email must first be validated before additional steps will occur.
The email address must be confirmed via the email sent by enquiries@nutricalc.co.uk
After confirming the email address, another window appears. Click Sign In.
Enter email address and password tied to this account click Sign In.
User must accept the Terms and Conditions to continue.
Once in the NutriCalc® system, you will notice this is a Free Trial account. To upgrade your account, please click on “Click here to purchase a subscription” in the upper banner.
Please complete the information on the screen:
Select your Subscription Plan
Number of seats for this subscription.
Include a Coupon Code if available.
Confirm the Purchase.
Click on Purchase after reviewing your choices.
In this example, the Professional Monthly Subscription with 1 Seat has been selected. The number of seats will be upgraded in another article.
This account will be tied to a credit card. Populate the required information. Click Subscribe.
Note: If your organization would rather pay with a Bank Transfer, please reach out to Support for assistance. Confirmation screen appears. Click Continue.
The Sign In page opens. Please log in.
The next Sign In page will have instructions to set up and use a two-factor authenticator app. This is required to access and use the NutriCalc® application. Please download the Google or Microsoft Authenticator app (Google Authenticator is recommended). Both are free to use. Please scan the QR code using your chosen app and then enter the verification code provided on the screen to verify. Once you have scanned and verified the code, the QR code will be removed. A verification code is required for each log in and with this in mind, NutriCalc® strongly advises not to delete or remove the app or the account, and regularly back up your device. An email will be sent with a small number of recovery codes. Each is a one-time only code.

The unique code via the authenticator will reset after 30 seconds.
