Background
Nutri-Score is used for front-of-pack nutrition label (FOLP), adopted by some EU countries. Use of it is voluntary.
If you want to use Nutri-Score on your products, you must register with the body operating the scheme, Santé Publique France
The Nutri-Score method awards points (positive and negative) for certain nutrients, as well as the content of fruits, vegetables, and pulses. By totaling the points, a letter score is generated.
Points differ between foods and drinks.
