AOAC Dietary Fiber has now replaced Englyst values in EU food labelling. AOAC is the default selection. NutriCalc continues to offer both options. AOAC fiber values are generally higher than Englyst.
To change this setting, click on My Preferences in the lower left navigation.
Select the Settings tab.
Choose the Fiber Basis desired.
Note: Remember to click Save in the upper right corner.
