Additional video resource: How to create an Ingredient Declaration and QUID Report
To obtain the Ingredient declaration
Open the recipe.
Click on the Reports tab.
Navigate to the Ingredient Declaration and QUID card.
The default Ingredient Declaration will appear.
- Ingredients will be listed by descending weight.
- Ingredients with the same name will be merged.
- Depending on your settings, the allergens will be displayed in the Ingredient Declaration or in their own statement.
There are two warning messages in this example.
- Allergen Information is missing for one or more ingredients.
- Labeling Name Information is missing from one or more ingredients.
Update missing allergen data
Click OK.
Click on the Allergen Information alert message. A card for each ingredient with missing allergens will appear.
For each Ingredient:
- Click View on each ingredient card.
- Click on the Allergens tab.
- Enter values and save.
Update missing labeling names
Click on the Labeling Name alert message. A card for each ingredient with missing labeling information will appear.
For each ingredient:
- Click View on each ingredient card.
- Enter the missing information and save.
