If any Meat Cut ingredients have been added to the recipe, the meat content values appear in the Ingredient Declaration and QUID Report.
The percentage of meat appears, together with Excess Fat and Connective Tissue (CT) if applicable for beef, chicken, lamb, mutton, pork, and/or turkey. The percent meat values are automatically set to QUID.
