When selecting ingredients for QUID (Quantitative Ingredient Declaration), the quantity of the ingredient will appear after the name of the ingredient thus:
Dark Chocolate:(32%) (Cocoa Mass*, Sugar, Cocoa Butter*, Butteroil (Milk), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Vanilla Extract)
If you believe the QUID value is not appearing in the correct position, this may be because square brackets were used instead of round ones.
