The Allergen report informs if the Recipe contains or does not contain an allergen, or if there is missing information. In addition, you can print or export this report to share with others.
To generate an Allergen report
- Open the Recipe, click the Reports tab.
- Navigate to the Allergens card.
- Click View. You will see something like this:
Use the arrows to expand the allergen to see the individual ingredients and their allergen values.
Understanding Y, N, and ?
- If any Ingredient has a Y (Yes) value for any allergen, the Recipe will also have the Y value.
- If all Ingredients have an N (No) value for an allergen, the Recipe will also have the N value.
- If any Ingredient has an N (No) value for the Suitable for Vegetarians or Suitable for Vegans attributes, the Recipe will also have the N value.
- If no Ingredients have a Y value and at least one ingredient has the ? (Missing information) value for an allergen, the Recipe will have the ? value.
View only those allergens that are present
Click the vertical ellipsis in the upper right. Select Switch to Shelf Label Layout. This will display only the allergens that have positive values.
Access the Ingredients that have missing Allergen information/missing Allergen Information for Ingredient Declaration
Click the vertical ellipsis in the upper right. Select Find Ingredients with Missing Allergen Information or Find Ingredients with Missing Allergen Information for Ingredient Declaration. Open the individual ingredients and modify the allergen information.
Export the Allergen Report
Click the vertical ellipsis in the upper right. Select Export to PDF. The report will automatically be exported as a pdf to your Downloads folder.
Print the Allergen Report
- Click the vertical ellipsis in the upper right. Select Print. This opens a preview and a Print dialog.
- Select the Printer and modify other options as necessary.
- Click Print.
