I've just realized that I have sent an invitation to the wrong person, what can I do?
You may cancel an invitation up until the invitee has accepted and registered.
- Go to Accounts
- Navigate to Manage Team
- Select the three dot action menu and cancel the invitation
Also do this if you have misspelled a name or email address, or if you wish to change the status of the team member.
If you wish to change a members details after they have accepted the invitation, you will need to ask the member to do this.
One of my team members has left the company, what should I do?
You may remove a team member at any time
- Go to Accounts
- Navigate to Manage Team
- Select the three dot action menu and remove the person
- You may then invite a new member to use the spare seat
