Some calculation or display options can be set via Preferences.
- Select My Preferences from the left navigation.
- The Settings tab automatically opens. Depending on your subscription level, there are up to 8 settings options available.
Ingredient Declaration
- QUID Rounding Choose to round to the nearest integer or always round down.
- QUID Decimal Places Whole numbers remain the default for QUID values. If the Always round down option is selected, then it is possible to set the decimal place to 0, 1, or 2 decimal places. An example is wanting 19.54 instead of 20 for greater precision and accuracy.
Hong Kong Report
- Select the Serving size you wish to display. Both is the default setting, Per 100g only or Per serving size only are available options.
Fiber Basis
- This setting determines whether AOAC (default) or Englyst Fiber Nutrient values are used for calculations involving Dietary Fiber.
Back of Pack
- Option to Inset Fiber and/or Polyols into the Back of Package.

External Access to Products
- This allows external websites to access some NutriCalc information. Product Access Disabled is the default setting.

General
- Restart the Tour: Restart the walkthrough tour from initial sign into the account.
- Show Demo Recipes / Ingredients: Choose to display the demo recipes and ingredients when signing into your account.

- Marketing Content: Subscribe by selecting the check box.
- Naming Conventions: Choose to have ingredients and/or recipes displayed in uppercase letters.
- Number of search results shown per page: Select the number of results to be displayed per page for searches. Options available are 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50.
Costings
- Select currency used and if results are displayed in accurate currency symbol or currency code.
Import or Export
- Batch files can be imported to NutriCalc or exported from NutriCalc.
