Export as pdf
Click the three-dot menu on the Nutrition card and then Export as pdf. A pdf will be created and saved in your Downloads. It will also normally appear in a tab alongside NutriCalc, often at the bottom-left.
Copy text to clipboard
This can be useful when you need to put some plain text into, example a Word document. Note however that plain text will appear in the font and with the line spacing the document is using.
We recommend the use of a font that has uniform characters, such as Courier New or Lucida Console. Either preset the font for the document before pasting or, after pasting, highlight All (ctrl+A) and select the new font.
To change the line spacing, we recommend using Design>Paragraph Spacing>No Paragraph Space.
Copy data to clipboard
This option copies either a row into Excel or a column into Word. You can select the nutrients you need and whether per 100g or per serving or both and whether to include the nutrient names. You can also select row or column.
